Critical currents in thin YBa2Cu3O7-x HTSC films irradiated by 4-MeV electrons

Abstract

The critical current density J c of thin YBa2Cu3O7-x films is found decrease after irradiation of the films by 4 MeV electrons. It is shown that the temperature dependence of the critical current density Jc correlates with the model of granular structure of films with intergranular contacts of a superconductor-metal-isolator-superconductor type.
