The existing methods of measuring pressure in the ultralow temperature melting curve thermometer are analyzed. It is shown that the sensitivity and accuracy of measurement can be improved by using the method of measuring resonance frequency of the LC tank involving the capacitence pressure gange. The low-temperature FET oscillator is describe which made it possible to improve more than by the order of magnitude the sensitivity and accuracy in the range 0.9 mK–1.0 K
