About the possibility of piezomagnetoelectric effect in centrosymmetric terbium manganite

The phenomenological analysis of the commensurate state in orthorhombic terbium manganite in strong magnetic field at the low temperatures where manganese and terbium spins are ordered is provided. The possibilities of the piezomagnetoelectric effect (PMEE), piezoelectricity and linear magnetostriction under strains σxy, σzy in magnetic field along Y axis are predicted. The canted AF state also is possible in the manganese subsystem.
