The diffusing of the superconducting transition in the Y–Ba–Cu–O single crystal

It is shown that in HTSC the transition to the superconducting state can be described in terms of the phenomenological theory of diffuse phase transitions due to the heterogeneity of the material structure. The paraconductivity caused by the fluctuation Cooper pairs above Tc shows 2D–3D crossover which also takes place in a certain temperature range located above the superconducting transition interval.
