Energy analysis of the ground state of the three-vertex Potts model

An energy analysis of the ground state of the three-state Potts model on a triangular lattice is carried out, taking into account the first and second nearest neighbors with interaction values J1 and J2. Based on the numerical experiment, the ranges of existence of ordered and disordered phases in the spin structures described by this model with interaction values J1 < 0, J2 < 0 and J1 > 0, J2 < 0 are revealed.
