is published monthly by the Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering (Kharkov, Ukraine) since 1975 and simultaneously in English translation by American
Institute of Physics under the title "Low Temperature Physics".
Its founders are the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, B.I. Verkin
Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of NASU.
