Wave processes in layered organic conductors are investigated theoretically in high magnetic fields at low temperatures under conditions where the de Haas-Van Alphen effect is pronounced. We determined a spectrum and an amplitude of weakly damping waves near the electron phase transition followed by the formation of diamagnetic domains.
