Abstract

Equations of small vibrations of a dislocation lattice are proposed on the basis of the model of a lattice which consists of a periodically arranged set of parallel screw dislocations. Stability of the dislocation lattice is discussed. The longwave collective vibrations are described. It is shown that some of the vibrations are similar to plasmon vibrations. A possibility for observation of a resonance frequency in the vibrational spectrum of the system under consideration is pointed out.
