Abstract

The electron properties of low-dimensional structures based on different modifications of carbon are reviewed: Shubnikov—de Haas effect in Graphite Intercalation Compounds (GIC) of acceptor type, superconductivity in donor type of GIC, weak localization and superconductivity of carbon fibers, negative magnetoresistance of foils fabricated by pressing of exfoliated graphite, and superconductivity and spectroscopy of new heterofullerides.
