On the nature of resistivity anisotropy in single crystals Nd2-xCexCuO4+d with different cerium and oxygen content

The experimental results on temperature dependence of resistivity and anisotropy coefficient of resistivity in the normal phase of single crystal films of Nd2-xCexCuO4+d with various degree of cerium doping x and different oxygen content d are reported. Two sets of films of the same content x grown with the c axis of the crystal aligned normal and parallel to the substrate surface are studied. The parameters of 18 samples determined from the analysis of conductivity and Hall coefficient are given.
