Boundary line of transition to a pseudo-gap-state in thulium cuprates

Precision measurements of heat capacity of 1–2–3 thulium cuprates with an oxygen content ranged from 6,3 to 6,92 are carried out in a 6–300 Ê temperatures interval. The experimental data displayed anomalies in the electronic heat capacity. The anomalies are supposed to be responsible for by the normal metal–pseudo-gap state transition.
