Abstract

The experimental data on transport and magnetic properties of some 3d-sulfides are presented. The concentration transitions with the change of conductivity-type and magnetic order, and the magnetoresistance feature for FexMn1–xS and CuVxCr1–xS2 solid solutions are considered.
